Sweet and spice three ingredients is wonderful but from the other reviews I am not alone in thinking this. It's a 40 minute drive to get there and back but worth it.

Hands down this is the BEST chinease restaurant in town! I was introduced to it over 6 years ago by a friend and I still go in and get the same dish even to this day. I have traveled from East coast to West coast and have never found anything like it! I reccommend the PooPoo Platter and the SWEET AND SPICEY THREE INGREDIANTS!!!!! You will soon see why I took the time to sign up on this sight to write a special review for this restaurant...it is well worth the time. The service there is also amazing, and they never forget a face. When I was going to KU I used to drive back once a month just to eat here and they always recognized me and order up my plate without even having to be told. AMAZING!

you simply must have the sweet and spicy three ingredients, it is the house special and just fabulous.

Yen Ching has good food, and good portions at a fair price. Their lunch specials are especially inexpensive and you can get in and out rather quickly.
