I called long distance from California, and Evelyn answered. I needed flowers sent to my brother, who was in the hospital in Andover. Evelyn was very helpful, and promised my flowers would be fresh, and delivered early the next day. All was exactly as promised, and both arrangements got rave reviews from the hospital staff, and my brother's visitors. Nice to deal with a local, family owned business, too!
