"terrible food"

Posted bymamama3on 12/12/2009

As "expertes" in mexican food, our family has tried several restaurants. We visit each restaurant over a dozen times before making a decision as if we like it or not. After visiting Felipe's several times over a period of a 2 years, their consistency in having the most terrible food in incredible! The fajita meat is tough, the pork tastes like canned chicken, and you will have a stomach ache every time, not to count the salty salsa! The owners are arrogant and full of themselves. It seems as if they made a name for themselves and then lowered the quality of service. The only good thing about Felipe's is the Cazuela. So, if you are drunk, the food will taste good! Good luck, I would choose a diferent restaurant.

The next best thing to Texas food!!

my uncle has taken us to your restaurant twice now and we love it! The atmosphere is unique and the food is great! We live in san antonio texas so we know our mexican food and yours is the only mexican restaurant outside of texas that we will eat at! keep up the great job!

food quality

I was very disappointed in the chicken enchiladas, they were completely filled with dark meat. I don't think I have ever been to a Mexican restaurant and been so disappointed in a dish with chicken! If you have to request white meat it should state that on the menu, and if it does it is not big enough for a person to see.
